[摘　要]　总结我国建筑业企业的发展现状，分析存在的问题及其成因，论述转变建筑施工企业经济增长方式、提高建筑业企业发展质量的紧迫性和重要性，并提出具体对策。

Abstract: This paper summarizes present situation of construction enterprise development in our country, analyzes the problems in the development process and their causes, expounds the urgency and importance of transforming economic growth mode and improving development quality of construction enterprise, and puts forward specific countermeasures.
