[摘　要]　资格预审是施工企业争取项目实施权的“入门仗”。本文从资格预审的重要性及审查因素着手，重点分析施工企业在编制资格预审申请文件时应注意的细节及问题，期冀对同业企业有所资鉴。

Abstract: Prequalification is the first key step that the construction enterprises strive for project implementation. Based on the importance and review factors of prequalification, this paper analyses emphatically the details and problems in the preparation of prequalification documents that the construction enterprises should pay attention to, hoping to be reference for other construction enterprises.
