[摘　要]　对大型工程前期决策系统复杂性进行分析，并在此基础上研究由群体集成、过程集成与知识集成构成的大型工程综合集成管理三维框架体系。结合港珠澳大桥前期决策的综合集成管理实践，对大型工程前期决策综合集成管理模式做具体阐释，为我国大型工程前期决策复杂性管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: Analyzes the complexity of early decision-making system of the large-scale construction project, and researches on the three-dimensional system consisting of group integration, process integration and knowledge integration based on this analysis. According to the meta-synthesis management practice of the HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, concretely explains the meta-synthesis management model of large-scale construction project's early stage decision-making. It can provide conferences for the complexity management of large-scale construction project's early stage decision-making.
