[摘　要]　分析目前我国高校基建管理的几种主要模式及其优缺点，提出高校基建管理模式选择的原则，并结合实践与体会，探讨高校基建工程管理模式在实践中的应用。

Abstract: Analyzes several main modes and their relative merits for nowadays our national university constructional management works, proposes the selection principle of constructional management modes for university, discusses the implementation of the modes in practice bases on practices and experience.
