[摘　要]　介绍知识管理研究的背景、目的和知识管理的概念，基于灾后重建项目群的特点论述灾后重建项目群知识管理的构架、实施方案，并结合项目群知识管理实践，谈一点体会。

Abstract: Introduces the background and purpose of knowledge management study, as well as the concept of knowledge management. Discusses the frame and implementation scheme of knowledge management for the post-earthquake reconstruction project group based on its characteristic, and gives some experiences based on the author's experience on knowledge management of project group.
