[摘　要]　对工程项目实施状态进行诊断需要两个必要条件：一是要有诊断指标的参考标准，二是要有诊断方法。通过分析其他学科建立诊断指标标准的方法，将指标体系中的所有指标分为三类，并分别以引用法、借鉴法和评分法分析和确定了三类指标相应的标准。在此基础上，建立了诊断方法的递推分析模型，最后用工程实例证明了这一诊断方法解决工程实际问题的有效性。

Abstract: Two prerequisites to diagnose implement status of construction project are pointed out. One is the reference standard of diagnosis index, the other is diagnostic method. All diagnosis indices are divided into three kinds by analyzing relative subject's diagnosis index standards. The standards of the three kinds of indices are determined by the methods of citation, reference and evaluation. The recursive analysis model of diagnosis method is established based on this. The validity of this diagnosis method to solve practical engineering problems is proved by a case.
