[摘　要]　房地产企业是特殊的“企业公民”，追求合理利润与承担社会责任是高度一致的。我国部分房地产企业社会责任意识淡薄，存在逃避社会责任甚至侵害利益相关者利益的行为。这主要是我国房地产市场博弈机制和公司治理机制不完善所致。政府和社会应形成合力，重塑房地产市场博弈机制和房地产企业的目标收益函数，积极引导、激励和规范房地产企业行为，促进房地产企业自觉履行社会责任。

Abstract: Real estate enterprise is specific corporate citizen, to pursue reasonable profits and assume social liability is consistent. Some real estate enterprises are short of the social responsibility consciousness, so that infract the benefit of stakeholders. It is mainly because of the defects of real estate market game mechanism and company management mechanism. Government and society should remold the game mechanism of real estate market and the objective earning function of real estate enterprise, to lead, inspire and regulate the behavior of real estate enterprise, so as to promote the real estate enterprise to do its duty for the society self-consciously.
