[摘　要]　作为新兴险种，房地产保险在我国的发展仍不成熟。本文从实地调查入手，分析我国房地产保险的发展现状，并介绍和总结国外房地产保险的发展简况，进而获得有益的启示。在此基础上，对我国房地产保险发展提出若干对策建议。

Abstract: As a new type-insurance, real estate insurance is still immature and not perfect in China. The paper analyzes the development situation of real estate insurance in China, and summaries the development status of overseas real estate insurance, so as to gain useful implication. Finally, gives several suggestions on the development of real estate insurance in China.
