[摘　要]　将我国《党政机关办公用房建设标准》与加拿大《联邦办公楼建设标准》及《装配标准技术参考手册》、德国《最高联邦机关办公大楼建设标准》进行比较研究，分析异同，总结经验，并就我国政府办公用房建设标准的内容构成方面提出建议。

Abstract: The paper introduces The Building Standards of Governmental Office Buildings of China, The Federal Office Building Standards and Fit-up Standards: Technical Reference Manual of Canada, The Office Building Standard of Supreme Federation of Germany, makes a comparison study on contents of these construction standards, summarizes the successful experiences, and puts forward some improvement proposals.
