[摘　要]　以北方农村旧房为研究对象，探讨进行旧房节能改造的方法，引入全生命周期成本分析理论，对农村旧房经济性进行评价，并详细介绍计算公式，得出适合我国北方农村旧房节能改造的经济性评价模型。

Abstract: Taking rural old house in the North as study object, discusses the method for energy-saving transformation, introduces the life cycle cost theory into its economic evaluation, and introduces the calculation formulae in detail, obtains the economic evaluation model of energy-saving transformation of rural old house in the North.
