[摘　要]　公租房是惠及民生的一种新型住房模式。政府在公租房项目建设过程中存在着诸多监督管理的问题。本文针对重庆某公租房项目建设过程中存在的问题与薄弱环节进行分析，并就加强政府在公租房建设过程中的监督管理提出一些建议。

Abstract: Public rental housing is a new housing model for benefiting people's livelihood. The government has some supervision and management problems in its construction process. According to a public rental housing project in Chongqing, the paper analyzes the existing problems and weaknesses in its construction, and proposes some suggestions on strengthening supervision and management in the construction process for government.
