[摘　要]　基于主成分分析方法，运用SPSS统计软件，针对有7家投标单位的某清单招投标的建筑工程，对商务标关键报价数据进行处理分析，并运用综合评价函数对各投标单位进行排序。本文将主成分分析方法应用到清单商务标评标领域，评价结果具有一定参考价值，为招标人合理选择中标人提供了决策依据。

Abstract: Based on the principal component analysis and the statistic software SPSS, this paper analyzes critical bids data with 7 bidders for a construction, and uses carried comprehensive evaluation function on sorting to the analysis result. This paper applies the PCA to the field of business bidding evaluation with bill of quantity, and its conclusion has certain reference value, may provides the technical approach for the tenderee to make a decision to find the most reasonable winning bidder.
