[摘　要]　以东北某市为例，剖析地方建设工程交易中心职能定位及运行中的问题，从工程招投标的主体及相关制度分析原因，指出建设工程交易有纳入整个公共资源交易活动的趋势，并应从体制改革大环境考虑进一步完善工程交易中心的问题。

Abstract: Take a city in northeast as example, discusses the problems of construction project trading center in functional location and operation, and analyzes the reason from bidding subjects and related institution, points out that construction project trading center has the trend to be brought into public resources transactions, and the issues about construction project trading center perfection should be considered under the structural reform condition.
