[摘　要]　针对定额计价和工程量清单计价并存的局面，采用图释的方法剖析两种计价模式在计价方法和招投标上的区别。通过这两种计价模式的实质性对比，阐述工程量清单计价模式的显著优点。

Abstract: According to the co-existence of quota pricing and bill of quantity pricing, analyzes the differences of the two pricing patterns in valuation method and bidding by picture explaining. By analysis of essential contrast between these two pricing patterns, expounds the prominent advantages of bill of quantity pricing pattern.
