[摘　要]　国有控股公司作为其子公司的出资者，负有对国有资产增值保值的责任，其中很多会落实到工程项目的建设中去。而国有控股公司复杂的母子公司关系和多项目管理，是国有控股公司的工程项目管理面临的难题。本文就国有控股公司的母子关系和多项目管理问题进行深入研究，提出三种管控模式，并提出相应的解决方法、依据和模型。

Abstract: The state-owned holding company, as the investor of its subsidiary has the responsibility of preserving and increasing the value of state assets, many of which will be implemented into project construction. The complex parent-subsidiary relationship and multi-project management of state-owned company has brought many problems to the project management of state-owned company. This paper deeply researches the problem of parent-subsidiary relationship and multi-project management, puts forward three management models, and proposes corresponding solution foundations, methods and model.
