[摘　要]　分析能源服务合同交易成本的影响因素，包括资产专用性、项目复杂性、能源服务市场的竞争程度及制度环境的建设，并指出各种影响因素与交易成本的关系，提出可以通过对影响因素的改良来降低能源服务合同的交易成本。

Abstract: Analyzes the influence factors of transaction costs of energy services contract, including asset specificity, complexity of project, degree of competition in energy services market and the institutional environment, points out the relationship between transaction costs and the various influence factors, puts forward the transaction costs of energy service contract can be reduced by adjusting the factors influence.
