低碳建筑全寿命周期费用估算模型研究

[摘 要] 推行低碳建筑是促进我国经济社会可持续发展、建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的必然选择。借鉴既有的理论研究,设计低碳建筑全寿命周期费用指标体系,对其费用组成进行探索,并结合目前国内低碳建筑碳排放有关数据,从全寿命周期费用的角度构建低碳建筑费用估算模型。

Abstract: The implementation of low carbon buildings is an inevitable choice to promote economic and social sustainable development, to build resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Drawing on existed theory, the paper designs a life-cycle cost's index system of low-carbon construction, and explores the composition of costs. From the perspective of life-cycle cost, establishes a low-carbon construction cost model based on the data of carbon emissions of domestic low carbon buildings at present.
