[摘　要]　为有效控制工程投资，确保其建设期的合规性、合法性，本文从工程项目进展的全过程出发，通过对全过程跟踪审计内容与方法的论述，达到帮助项目业主及施工单位完善建设项目管理，健康、规范的进行工程建设的目的。

Abstract: In order to effectively control the large-scale infrastructure investment and ensure the investment meeting the normalization and legitimacy, this paper starting from whole process of construction project, discusses the contents and methods of follow-up auditing to improve project management and carry on the project construction regularly.
