[摘　要]　以建筑业为研究对象，探讨建筑业社会责任的内涵及其利益相关者结构层次。在阐述建筑业社会责任对建筑业发展的重要作用基础上，基于利益相关者理论，分析建筑业社会责任和利益相关者之间的相互作用关系。针对目前我国建筑业在履行社会责任方面存在的质量安全、农民工权益、诚信等问题，分析建筑业社会责任建设方面的深层次原因，并提出建筑业社会责任可持续发展的相应对策和建议。

Abstract: Construction industry is selected as the research object, the concept of social responsibility and the structure of its stakeholder are discussed. Firstly, the important effect of social responsibility in construction development is expounded, the reciprocity between social responsibility and stakeholder is analyzed based on stakeholder theory. According to the social issues of quality safety, labor force and honesty, the underlying reasons in the aspect of social responsibility are studied and corresponding advices are put forward.
