[摘　要]　通过对电子招投标概念的分析与定义，针对目前国内电子招投标推行现状和计算机及网络技术发展趋势，阐述推行电子招投标的现实意义，剖析当前电子招投标面临的问题，就电子招投标的系统功能、技术保障、信息共享、服务机制和行政监督方式等提出相应的对策与建议。

Abstract: Defines and analyzes the conception of electronic bidding & tendering, discusses the electronic bidding & tendering status and the network trend at present, and elaborates electronization significance. It researches the problems of electronic bidding & tendering, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on its system function, technical guarantee, information sharing, service mechanism and administrative supervision.
