[摘　要]　世界一些发达国家相继推出了各自不同的建筑环境评价方法，值得借鉴。目前，我国绿色建筑评价体系框架基本确立，但在评价标准的整体性、层次性、经济可行性、定量分析所占比重以及相关制度的建立方面还有待完善。因此，要从以下几个方面予以完善：加强基础理论研究，评价体系要由标准走向细化,评价方法要由定性走向定量,加快实行第三方认证制度的进程,要由阶段评价走向全生命周期评价。

Abstract: Some of developed countries have launches their own construction environmental assessment methods. At present, the basic framework of green building rating system was established, but the integrity, hierarchy, economic feasibility of the evaluation criteria, as well as the proportion of quantitative analysis and the establishment of related aspects should be improved. Therefore, it must be perfected from several aspects： strengthening the basic theory research, specifying the standard of assessment system, improving quantitative evaluation, speeding up the process of the third party certification and adopting life-cycle assessment.
