[摘　要]　在对工程合同风险进行分析的基础上，阐释了工程合同风险分配的三大原则。综合工程实践，提出了工程合同风险分配的定性、定量分析方法。并以合同风险评价、风险处置能力评估、风险策略成本测算为依托，提出了基于工程动态运行的合同风险分配模型。

Abstract: Based on the engineering contract risk analysis, elaborates the three principles of project contract risk allocation. Combining with project experience, puts forward the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods about risk allocation. By contract risk evaluation, risk disposal ability evaluation and risk strategy cost calculation, proposes the contract risk allocation model based on engineering dynastic operation.
