[摘　要]　项目经理月报是在“法人管项目”理念下，企业和项目部两个层级之间的重要管理环节。通过分析项目经理月报的特点，提出项目管理标准化和信息化是发挥月报管理优势的基础和保证。最后对施工企业月报管理标准化和信息化工作中可能存在的问题和改进措施进行了简析。

Abstract: In the concept “Corporate Project Management” project manager monthly report is the important link between construction enterprise and its project manager departments. By analyzing the characteristics of the project manager monthly report, standardization and information of project management is the advantage to play a basis and guarantee role. Finally, some problems and improvements in the work of standardization and information of project management are briefly analyzed.
