[摘　要]　对于工程项目这样一项综合性和全局性管理工作，要达到项目总的效用最优化，必须通过各目标整体协调与控制，有效地对项目实施阶段目标进行集成化管理。本文以图书物流工程项目目标集成管理为例，提出了对目标要素进行集成管理的建议，注重“五大”目标的综合实施，以追求项目最佳经济效益的实现。

Abstract: For such a comprehensive project and overall management, to achieve optimization of the total effectiveness, the objectives must be the overall coordination and control, and are carried on the integrated management effectively and fully in the implementation phase. This paper takes the objective integrated management of engineering project on book distribution as an example, and proposes the suggestions on the integrated management to the target components, and pays great attention to inclusive treatment of the five big goals which pursue the best economic efficiency realization of the project.
