[摘　要]　应用霍尔三维结构理论，对海心沙工程项目进行系统分析，并根据霍尔理论构建海心沙工程项目的三维结构图。在此基础上，分别从时间维、逻辑维和知识维对海心沙工程项目管理的内涵进行简述，提出该方法在解决工程具体问题方面的特点及其优越性。

Abstract: Haixinsha project is analyzed systematically by applying the Hall 3D Structure theory, and a new 3D structure model for this project is established according to this theory. The connotation of project management is sketched from three dimensions： time, logic and knowledge. Some characteristics and advantages of this method in solving certain problems which happen in the project are pointed out.
