[摘　要]　在简述海心沙工程特点及其工程进度要求的基础上，工程项目部就该工程进度的总体调控制定实施了细化所有施工工序，统筹编制项目总体进度网络控制图等五项措施，为今后类似工程项目提供了参考范例。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics and the progress requirements of Haixinsha engineering, the project department launches five measures such as refining all construction process and coordinating the network control chart of overall project schedule to provide a reference example for the similar projects.
