[摘　要]　根据工程造价全过程管理在建设领域的现状及发展，从项目咨询方的角度，结合全过程造价管理在输变电工程中的应用实践，针对其在各环节存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议。

Abstract: According to the status quo and development of whole process cost management in construction field, from the perspective of project consultant, combining the application practice of whole process cost management in power transmission project, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the existing problems.
