[摘　要]　国内城市地铁工程建设的施工合同条件，是根据各地具体情况分别制定或沿用的，差别较大。因地铁工程技术复杂、施工难度大、不可预见因素多、涉及范围广。通过深圳市地铁集团有限公司采用FIDIC《施工合同条件》的实践，对合同双方在合同履行过程中具体事件的处理进行分析，探讨研究FIDIC《施工合同条件》在我国地铁工程中的适用性。

Abstract: All contract terms and conditions for the city subway engineering projects in China are made seperately according to the variations of different geographic and city infrastructure conditions. As a result, they differ significantly from each other due to the great complication of the subyway engineering, difficulties of projects accomplishment, unpredictable construction factors and wide range of related engineering conditions. This paper is to analyse the detailed claim cases in the process of subway construction based on FIDIC Constructioon Contract Terms and Conditions adopted by Shenzhen Subway Corp. in the hope to study its applicability to other subway engineering construction in China.
