[摘　要]　结合哈大铁路客运专线联合体监理站标准化建设的实际，从管理制度标准化、人员配置标准化、现场管理标准化、过程控制标准化、监理行为标准化几个方面详细阐述了联合体监理站标准化建设的开展情况，并论述了开展标准化监理站建设的几点体会。

Abstract: Based on the engineering practice, this paper describes the concrete application situation of the standard construction from the following aspects: management system, personnel allocation, site management, process control and supervision action. The knowing and experience are described to share with the railway builder.
