[摘　要]　住宅产业化是今后的发展趋势，然而我国的产业化程度还比较低。在政府大力倡导建设保障房之时，提出将保障房的产业化建设作为实现住宅产业化的突破口，探讨组建虚拟产业化集团，实行大规模定制生产，提供全装修保障房的建设模式，并对该模式的效益进行分析，给出推动住宅产业化的建议。

Abstract: Housing industrialization is the future developing trend, but the industrialization degree is still relatively low in China. By the chance of government strongly advocating on the construction of security housing, puts forward that the industrial construction of security housing is a breakthrough point to realize the industrialization of the whole housing industry, discusses the construction model about establishing virtual industrialization group, carrying out mass customization and providing whole-decoration security housing, analyzes its benefit, and gives some suggestions.
