[摘　要]　融资问题已成为中国建筑企业发展的掣肘因素。通过建筑企业融资需求及渠道的分析，发现现有融资渠道难以满足建筑企业需求，进而提出解决建筑企业融资难问题的宏观政策与微观对策建议。

Abstract: Financing deficiency has been an obstacle of the development of Chinese construction firms. This paper explores the financing demands and channels of construction firms, and finds that the operating financing channels are inefficient to meet their demands. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed from the viewpoints of the government's policies and firms' strategies.
