[摘　要]　充分研究国内外建筑垃圾综合治理的现状，提出我国建筑垃圾治理所存在的问题，指出只有产业化才能从根本上解决我国的建筑垃圾问题。建立建筑垃圾综合治理产业化运作模型，得出政府在产业化运作中处于核心地位，并从政府的角度给出对策建议。

Abstract: This paper researches the domestic and international situations of comprehensive management of construction waste, points out that only industrialization can radically solve the problems of construction waste in our country. The paper establishes the industrialization operational model, and the government's central position in the industrialization operation. At last, it gives some advices from point of government.
