[摘　要]　通过对现行保修金留置方式进行调研，对几种保修保证方式进行对比，对现行建设工程质量保修制度的实施、完善提供一些思路，达到既确保法律规定的保修责任落实，保证建设单位、使用单位及公众对建筑物的使用要求，又不影响施工企业的正常发展。

Abstract: Through investigating the guarantee fund reserve modes, compares the several guarantee modes, then proposes some ideas aiming at the implementation and perfection of actual construction quality guarantee system, in order to ensure the carrying out of guarantee responsibility prescribed in law and the requirement of owner, building using party as well as the public, meanwhile, it will not influence the development of construction enterprise.
