[摘　要]　就民营建筑企业目前的发展现状、困境及其成因进行分析，指出民营建筑企业身陷困境源于自身和市场两个方面原因，同时为民营建企破解困境、走可持续健康发展道路提出建议之策。

Abstract: Analyzes the status quo, dilemma and the causes of private construction enterprises at present, points out that the private construction enterprises' dilemma dues to their own reason and market reason, then gives some suggestions for the sustainable development of private construction enterprise.
