[摘　要]　目前的建筑废弃物减量化管理模式还没有形成多方参与、协调运行的良性机制。在对建筑废弃物减量化相关利益主体进行全面分析的基础上，建立政府主导的废弃物减量化管理运行新模式，探讨该模式下废弃物减量化管理的运行机制，并提出相关政策建议。

Abstract: Currently, the positive mechanism of coordinated operation and multi-side participation for the management of Construction and Demolition（C&D） waste reduction has not been established. Full analysis is conducted on the relevant bodies of C&D waste reduction. Based on this, the paper sets up a new pattern on the management and operation of C&D waste reduction, discusses the operational mechanism under this pattern, and puts forward some policy suggestions.
