[摘　要]　在中等收入家庭住房需求研究方面，国外研究成果丰富，而国内尚处于起步阶段。与描述性分析相比，对应分析与最优尺度分析具有其独特的优势。本文调查广州市中等收入家庭的居住状况，应用Spss对应分析和最优尺度分析，从微观角度归纳和分析中等收入家庭的住房需求特征。

Abstract: There are plenty of literatures about the housing demands research of middle income families in residential market abroad, while there are few in mainland, China. Compared with description analysis, correspondence analysis and optimal scaling analysis have unique advantages. The paper investigates kinds of middle income families habitation status. Especially with Spss correspondence analysis and optimal scaling analysis, the housing demand characteristics of middle income families are summed up from microcosmic view.
