[摘　要]　为了提高建筑安装工程中货物采购招投标活动的公平性和公正性，针对建筑安装工程中货物采购的特点，就建筑安装工程中货物采购评标方法的适用范围、特点以及评标时的注意要点等方面进行探讨。

Abstract: In order to improve the equity of commodity purchase bidding of construction installation engineering, aiming at the features of commodity purchase of construction installation engineering, the paper researches the applied scope, features of commodity purchase bid evaluation method, as well as the key points which should be pay attention to in construction installation engineering.
