[摘　要]　介绍广州市实行招投标全过程电子化管理、推行企业诚信综合评价体系、资格后审、现场摇珠等实践经验，通过评标案例剖析易发生围标串标的环节，并提出对策建议。

Abstract: Introduces the practical experiences of Guangzhou as follow, carrying out the full process computerize management in construction bidding, implementing credibility and integrity evaluation system, post-qualification and shaking bead in site. Analyzes the links in which the surround bidding and colluding bidding are liable to take place, and puts forward some countermeasures.
