[摘　要]　在分析建筑行业现状的基础上，结合价值链理论和多年的建筑施工经验，构建施工企业的价值链系统，系统介绍施工企业如何对企业的行业价值链、内部价值链和相关单位价值链进行分析，最后对如何提高企业价值链管理水平提出建议。

Abstract: Based on current situation of construction industry, value chain theory and building construction experience, this paper constructs value chain system of construction enterprise, presents how to analyze industry value chain, internal value chain and related units value chain. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to enhance value chain management for construction enterprise.
