基于“十二五”规划的建筑施工企业商业模式创新初探

[摘 要] 商业模式创新已成为“十二五”规划产业发展的新引擎,建筑施工企业激烈的成本竞争,也使得越来越多的建筑施工企业试图通过商业模式创新实现产业转型及升级。在对比总结国内外建筑企业商业模式的基础上,采用“头脑风暴”法对以房建业务为主的建筑施工企业商业模式创新路径进行尽可能的扩展,并建立一种新的商业模式创新评估模型。[关键词] “十二五”规划,建筑施工企业,商业模式,创新Abstract: Business model innovation has been an important method to make upgrade business in industrial development. And more and more construction companies try to achieve model-transfer upgrading through business model innovation in fierce price competition times.
