[摘　要]　公共租赁房是当前我国提出的一项针对中低收入者的住房保障计划。由于融资渠道狭窄，且受政府财政资金的约束，其建设推广面临极大障碍。从廉租住房PPP融资模式的经验借鉴出发，探讨公共租赁房PPP模式运作流程，并分析该模式下的定价机制及其保障措施。

Abstract: Public rental housing is a protection scheme putting forward for the low-income currently in China. But its promoting and building face great obstacles because of the constraints of financial resources of government. The paper starts with reference of PPP financing model in low-rent housing, discusses the operation process of public rental housing under PPP model, and analyzes the pricing mechanism and its safeguards of the model.
