[摘　要]　基于当前煤炭企业棚户区改造的背景和存在的问题，对其改造过程中的项目管理问题，如拆迁补偿、安置工作、房屋保证体系和信息管理等方面进行分析，以实例对比，体现大型煤炭企业在棚户区改造中的优势。

Abstract: According to the background and existing problems of shantytown transformation for coal enterprises at present, discusses its project management from relocation compensation, resettlement work, house guarantee system and information management etc. It shows the big-scale coal enterprises' advantages in shantytown transformation.
