[摘　要]　从施工招投标资格后审运用实际出发，分析资格后审在遏制串标、节约成本方面的作用，同时对资格后审招投标中的难点问题进行阐述，提出丰富、完善资格后审招投标方式的新思想、新举措。

Abstract: Based on the application of post qualification mode in the construction bidding on construction project,the paper analyses the functions of post qualification mode in restrainting colluding bid and cost saving, and elaborates the difficulties in the post qualification practice. Effect thoughts and measures are demonstrated in order to improve post qualification mode.
