[摘　要]　针对海外施工项目，从材料的计划成本、采购成本、管理成本和使用成本角度对材料成本管理进行探讨，结合案例，对材料管理中应注意的问题进行分析。

Abstract: This paper discusses the material cost management in oversea construction projects from four aspects　which are plan cost, purchase cost, management cost and usage cost. Combined with a oversea project, analyzes the problems during material management.
