[摘　要]　在总结以往建筑业科技成果应用推广政策的基础上，从经济支持、知识产权保护、人才支持、外部环境支持等方面分析影响当前建筑业科技成果应用推广的政策问题，提出完善我国建筑业科技成果应用推广政策的建议。

Abstract: This article summarizes the policies on the application and promotion of technological achievements in construction industry, analyses the current problems of application and promotion policy from financial support, intellectual property rights protection, talent mechanism and external environmental support. It also proposes the suggestions on improving the policy on application and promotion of technological achievements in construction industry.
