[摘　要]　通过分析EMC模式在水泥项目变频改造、余热发电、节水、节汽等方面的应用现状及存在的问题，提出在水泥项目节能减排过程中运用EMC模式的相关措施。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the application of EMC mode in the inverter transformation, ogeneration, water and steam saving, points out related measures of application of EMC in the energy saving and emission reduction in cement projects.
