[摘　要]　建立一种非参数方法的经济计量分析模型，对我国2009年30个省、市、自治区房地产行业的生产技术效率进行分析。结果表明，东南沿海省市的效率最高，西北部地区的效率最低，且我国各地区房地产行业的生产技术效率极不平衡，效率最高和最低相差了2.85倍。

Abstract: The paper establishes a nonparametric method of econometric analysis model, and analyzes the real estate industry efficiency of production technology of 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in our country in 2009. Results show that the efficiency of southeast coastal provinces and cities is the highest, and the efficiency of northwest is the lowest, and the industry efficiency of production technology of different locals real estate is extremely uneven, the highest and lowest efficiency is vary the 2.85 times.
