基于核心竞争力的建筑设计企业组织结构优化研究

[摘 要] 适宜的组织结构有助于企业核心竞争力的构建和培育。建筑设计行业的特殊性决定了建筑设计企业核心竞争力构成要素的特殊性。把握建筑设计企业核心竞争力的特点,推进建筑设计企业的组织结构创新,是实现建筑设计企业稳定健康发展的保证。通过分析企业组织结构演化趋势,阐述核心竞争力与企业组织之间的相互关系,结合建筑设计服务的特点,对建筑设计企业组织结构优化提出了具体的对策建议。[关键词] 建筑设计,核心竞争力,组织结构Abstract: Appropriate organizational structure helps to build the core competitiveness of enterprises. The characteristic of building design profession determines the characteristic of core competitiveness elements of building design enterprise. Grasping the characteristic of the core competitiveness and promoting the organizational structure innovation can guarantee the stable and healthy development of building design enterprise.
