[摘　要]　由于项目业务多元化、地域空间化、专业复杂化所带来的一系列项目管理问题越来越引起大型监理企业的普遍关注，怎样有效地建立多项目管理机制和多项目管理模式，实现项目与企业的双重目标，成为大型监理企业管理研究的重点。针对大型监理企业项目管理特点以及目前管理模式、管理机制上存在的问题，提出建立多项目管理激励和约束机制以及以员工为导向的多项目管理模式。

Abstract: As more and more large-scale construction supervision enterprises focus on a series of project management problems caused by the business diversification, distribution space and professional complexity of projects, how to effectively establish multi-project management mechanism and multi-project management mode to reach the goals of the project and the enterprise becomes the key point. According to the analysis of the project management characteristics and problems about the current management mechanism and management mode of large-scale construction supervision enterprises, the establishment of multi-project management incentive and restraint mechanism and employee oriented multi-project management mode are proposed.
