[摘　要]　结合工程实例，介绍ICE合同的特点及与内地合同制式的区别，从合同前期风险和实施过程中的项目管理角度分析其管理差异，并对其中的问题进行总结。

Abstract: According to project experience, the paper introduces the characteristics and the differences of ICE contract with the mainland standards, analyzes the management differences from the perspectives of pre-contract risk and project management in construction process, and summarizes it's problems.
